Is there a per-location fee on the Standard plan?+
No. The Standard plan is $79/month for the account — not per location. Unlimited locations are included. If you run 3 stores today and add 7 more next year, your bill stays $79/month (plus $8 per user beyond the 6 included). That's by design.
What happens when my 30-day free trial ends?+
You'll see a prompt to convert to the Standard plan at $79/month. Your data — clock-in records, schedules, employee profiles — carries over automatically. No re-setup. If you don't convert, the account pauses. You can reactivate at any time and everything is still there.
Is there a long-term contract or annual commitment?+
No contract. Month-to-month on every plan. We don't do annual lock-ins because operators need flexibility. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Does the money-back guarantee apply to the free trial?+
The free trial is already free — no card required. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first month on the paid Standard plan. If you convert and aren't satisfied in the first 30 days, we'll refund the full month. After that, standard month-to-month applies.
