By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using the DohOps marketing website at www.dohops.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms govern your use of the DohOps marketing website only — not your use of the DohOps software platform. If you have a DohOps account and are using the platform application, your use is also governed by the DohOps Platform Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

The Site is operated by DohAssist LLC, a Texas limited liability company at 14620 N IH 35 Office #A, Austin, TX 78728. DohOps is a product brand operated under DohAssist LLC. DohAssist, DohShield, and DohOps are all brands operated by the same legal entity: DohAssist LLC.
These Terms apply to all visitors, whether you are a prospective customer, an existing customer researching features, a journalist, a competitor doing market research, or anyone else who loads a page on www.dohops.com.

What you can do: You may share links to pages on this Site. You may quote brief excerpts from blog posts or guides for commentary, review, or educational purposes, provided you clearly attribute the content to DohOps / DohAssist LLC and link back to the original page.
What you cannot do: You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, copy, or distribute our content in bulk, frame our pages within another site, or use our content as the basis for competing marketing materials, without our written permission.

DohAssist LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. References to these brands are made solely to describe the types of multi-unit operators DohOps serves — specifically, that our founder is an active operator within some of these brand networks, and that our platform is used by operators who run these brand locations.
Any registered trademarks belong to their respective owners. The presence of a brand name on this Site does not imply any business relationship beyond what is explicitly stated.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from your use of this Site that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Before initiating any formal legal action, we ask that you contact us at support@dohassist.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
