Features — FAQ

Do all 6 features come with the Standard plan?+
Yes. Every DohOps plan — including the 30-day free trial — includes all 6 feature modules. There's no feature-gating between tiers. The Standard plan at $79/mo gives you Time & Attendance, Smart Scheduling, AI Job Assignments, Bonuses & Gamification, Hiring & Onboarding, and the full Operations Suite. Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding, custom integrations, and priority support.
Is there a per-location or per-store fee?+
No. DohOps charges per user, not per location. At $79/mo you get 6 users and unlimited locations. Add more users at $8/user/month. This is intentional — we built the pricing the way operators actually scale: new stores don't change the math.
How long does it take to set up a new location?+
Most operators add a new location in under 10 minutes. You enter the address, set the geofence radius, add the employees, and assign PINs. The first shifts are tracked from that moment. Onboarding a full multi-unit portfolio typically takes 1–2 days.
Can DohOps integrate with our existing POS system?+
DohOps exports payroll-ready CSV files compatible with ADP, Gusto, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, and any system that accepts CSV import. Direct POS integration and full payroll API are on the Enterprise roadmap. If you have a specific integration requirement, tell us on the demo call.
What mobile platforms does DohOps support?+
DohOps is a web-first application that works on any modern browser. The employee clock-in experience is mobile-optimized and runs on iOS and Android without a native app install — employees access it via a bookmark or QR-code link. Native iOS and Android apps are in development.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No contract. Month-to-month on every plan. We don't do annual lock-ins because operators need flexibility. If DohOps isn't delivering, you cancel and we part as friends.
