How DohOps Concierge works
From first call to fully-running platform — most operators are live within two weeks.
Discovery call (30 minutes)
We learn your portfolio: number of locations, industry mix, current tools, biggest pain points. You leave with a Concierge scope recommendation and a quote — usually within 24 hours.
Account build-out (Days 1–5)
Your Concierge specialist configures locations, geofences, user roles, job-assignment templates, and payroll export settings. You review and approve — nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Team training (Days 5–10)
Live sessions for your managers and a recorded library for new hires. We cover clock-in, scheduling, job assignments, and the daily exception report your manager will run every morning.
Go-live (Day 10–14)
First live shifts run through DohOps. Your Concierge specialist monitors the first week's exception reports and flags anything that needs a configuration adjustment. Most go-lives are friction-free.
Ongoing optimization (Standard & Full tiers)
Quarterly calls review your labor cost trends, overtime patterns, and platform usage. We recommend configuration changes, new feature adoption, and flag anomalies before they become problems.
