How DohOps Concierge works

From first call to fully-running platform — most operators are live within two weeks.

Discovery call (30 minutes)

We learn your portfolio: number of locations, industry mix, current tools, biggest pain points. You leave with a Concierge scope recommendation and a quote — usually within 24 hours.

Account build-out (Days 1–5)

Your Concierge specialist configures locations, geofences, user roles, job-assignment templates, and payroll export settings. You review and approve — nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Team training (Days 5–10)

Live sessions for your managers and a recorded library for new hires. We cover clock-in, scheduling, job assignments, and the daily exception report your manager will run every morning.

Go-live (Day 10–14)

First live shifts run through DohOps. Your Concierge specialist monitors the first week's exception reports and flags anything that needs a configuration adjustment. Most go-lives are friction-free.

Ongoing optimization (Standard & Full tiers)

Quarterly calls review your labor cost trends, overtime patterns, and platform usage. We recommend configuration changes, new feature adoption, and flag anomalies before they become problems.

Do I need Concierge to use DohOps?+
No. Most operators set up DohOps on their own in under an hour — add locations, set geofences, add employees, assign PINs. Concierge is for operators who want a specialist to handle setup, train their team, and stay available for ongoing optimization. It's an option, not a requirement.
Why don't you publish Concierge prices?+
Because the right scope depends on your portfolio. A 3-location QSR operator needs different onboarding than a 30-location mixed hotel and c-store portfolio. We quote based on what you actually need — not a one-size-fits-all package. Contact sales and we'll have a proposal to you within 24 hours.
What's the difference between Standard and Full Concierge?+
Standard Concierge gives you a managed setup, manager training, and quarterly check-ins — after that, your team runs the platform. Full Concierge gives you a dedicated account manager who stays in the platform with you: monthly labor-cost reviews, ongoing schedule optimization, exception monitoring, and new-location launch support every time you open a store.
Can I upgrade from one tier to another?+
Yes. If you start with Light and realize you want quarterly optimization calls, you move to Standard. If your portfolio grows and you want a dedicated account manager, you move to Full. Concierge scope adjusts as your operation does.
Is Concierge in addition to the DohOps subscription?+
Yes. Concierge is a service layer on top of the DohOps platform subscription. You still pay the Standard ($79/mo) or Enterprise plan for the software; Concierge covers the hands-on setup, training, and ongoing management work that your team might not have bandwidth for.
